Bread with sunflower seeds

Mix the yeast with the sugar until it dissolves and then let it rest for 10 minutes. We sift the flour and put it in a bowl. We put the mineral water in a kettle on the fire until it becomes warm. Over the flour add the yeast, oil and mix them lightly by hand. From now on, pour a little water and knead until you get a dough that is easy to shape but non-sticky. Sprinkle with salt, incorporate the seeds, but it's easy not to crush them too hard. Cover the dough, put it in a warm place until it doubles in volume.

Divide the leavened dough into 4 equal parts. We take two pieces and with the help of our hands we shape them until we obtain two long rolls that we will weave. Do the same with the other dough.

Grease two cake trays with oil, line with baking paper and place the bread in them. Turn on the oven, place the trays on the stove and let them rise for 15 minutes. In a bowl we put honey, a tablespoon of oil, a little water and with this mixture we grease the bread then we sprinkle some seeds. Put the trays in the hot oven and when the bread is brown, take it out to cool.

Grease it again with that honey mixture and after 10 minutes cover it with a thicker and cleaner towel. A madness came out, a bread as we ate as children :)
