Cheesecake and cocoa

Rock:

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Mix the egg whites with salt and a tablespoon of sugar until they froth. In another bowl, mix the yolks with the rest of the sugar, then add the water / milk and oil.

Separately mix the flour with the 3 tablespoons of cocoa and baking powder. Gradually add this composition over the yolk composition and mix until incorporated.

At the end, add the egg white foam and mix lightly with a spatula.

We pour this composition in the tray lined with baking paper.

Cheese composition:

I used country cheese that was well drained of whey, if you take it from the store it is softer and will need to be drained of whey. I want to tell you that I also made the cake with the cheese I bought and I only drained it a little (that's why I tell you that it must be drained well if you want to get the same look as the one in the pictures), it turned out very good, only it doesn't have the same aspect as this. The cheese was left on the bottom of the tray and 2 layers were formed. Either way, the taste is delicious in both cases.

In a bowl, mix the cheese with the egg and sugar, then add the starch and vanilla essence.

Place a spoonful of the cheese composition on top of the cocoa top.

At the end we add the grapes and put the tray in the preheated oven. We leave it approx. 30 minutes on the right heat.

We check it with a toothpick to make sure it is ready, then we take it out of the oven and leave it to cool. We portion it and serve it with great appetite! It can be powdered with sugar or not, depending on how you like it.
